Project IASCurrent.com was started in the year 2019 with an aim to provide about 95% organized notes, and study materials like AIR Podcast analysis, PIB Analysis, Daily Current Affairs, Daily Quiz Current Affairs, Previous Year Questions, and many more. We have officially launched our website in June 2020. This was the time when COVID-19 was surging in India and the rest of the world. The rise of COVID-19 resulted in the shutting down of IAS coaching centers across the country. This left many students bewildered about their fate in UPSC exam preparation. The most affected section of the UPSC aspirants was those who can’t afford the high fees of online education or extra books and notes for their preparation.
The launch of Project IASCurrent.com was a blessing in disguise for such students as daily current affairs and notes help them to some extent to match their frequency of preparation. The daily updating of History Notes plays a crucial role as almost no one provides free and organized notes for UPSC preparation. This important section provides extended support to UPSC Aspirants. By the end of the year 2021, we have gotten enough support and viewership to get encouraged and proceed ahead to provide more detailed, organized, and extended study materials to UPSC aspirants. We will soon add Video lectures, Video Current affairs either at meager cost or at free cost. Currently, we are providing free subject notes, especially History notes and Geography notes. Apart from that, notes of economic notes, polity, and environment are being regularly updated on the basis of the current events.
About Founders
The Project consists of two Founder members who are working day-night to provide the best notes and current affairs to UPSC aspirants in a proper manner. The key person behind the content team is Mr. Rohit Mishra. Mr. Rohit Mishra has prepared for UPSC CIVIL SERVICES EXAM 2016, 2017, and 2019, and out of these attempts he had appeared for UPSC Mains in the year 2016. His preparation was not linked with any institute. At that time his financial conditions were not enough capable to support elite UPSC coaching. So he prepared all notes on his own and got enough of that if not more. But in the year 2019, he collaborated with Mr. Bhavay Dawar to launch this project IASCurrent.com. The project IASCurrent.com was launched with an aim to provide about 95% organized notes, and study materials like AIR Podcast analysis, PIB Analysis, Daily Current Affairs, Daily Quiz Current Affairs, Previous Year Questions, and many more.
Mr. Rohit Mishra has completed his MA(H) History in the year 2019 from IGNOU. He had completed graduation in Botany from Kirori Mal College, the University of Delhi in the year 2015. His Schooling was completed at a Government-run school in West Delhi. Apart from this, he is also serving his own venture Shrim Digital Marketing & Advertisement which provides Digital Marketing Services, HR Services, and Media related content writing services. He is corporate since 2016 and has over six years of experience in Administration and academic note writing.
