On World Health Day, the Prime Minister wishes everyone excellent health and well-being

On World Health Day, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi sent his greetings and wished everyone good health and well-being. He conveyed his gratitude to everyone involved in the medical field. He stated that the Ayushman Bharat and PM Jan Aushadhi programs are critical in ensuring that our folks have access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. He also stated that the medical education sector has seen significant changes in the last eight years.

A number of new medical schools have opened in recent years. He stated that the Indian government is working to make it possible to study medicine in indigenous languages, which will help countless young people realize their dreams.

PM Modi tweeted to wish World Health Day

The Prime Minister tweeted in a series of tweets:

Greetings on World Health Day. May everyone be blessed with good health and wellness. Today is also a day to express gratitude to all those associated with the health sector. It is their hard work that has kept our planet protected.”

“The Indian government is working relentlessly to improve the country’s health infrastructure. The focus is on ensuring that our folks have access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. Every Indian should be happy that our country is home to Ayushman Bharat, the world’s largest healthcare program.”

“When I engage with beneficiaries of programs like PM Jan Aushadhi, I am overjoyed. Our emphasis on low-cost healthcare has resulted in huge cost savings for the poor and middle class. At the same time, we’re bolstering our Ayush network to help people feel better.”

“The medical education sector has changed dramatically in the previous eight years. A number of new medical schools have opened in recent years. The efforts of our government to allow the study of medicine in local languages will give wings to the dreams of innumerable young people.”
